After the first month, yes. There is no long lock-in on a care plan.
What if something breaks after an update
I restore from the backup taken before the work and fix the cause. That is why the backup comes first.
Do you need access to my hosting
Yes, for a care plan. I use accounts you create for me, so you can remove them at any time.
Do you also host the site
I can, as part of rental. For a site you own, I work with your host or help you pick a better one.
