How it works
Free audit or short call
We agree on the format and what goes on the site.
Setup fee and build
You pay setup, send me texts and photos, and I build the site.
Launch and upkeep
The site goes live. Hosting, updates and backups are on me from the first month.
Month 12 and after
Keep renting, or buy the site at the stated price. You receive files, database, content and admin access.
Terms in plain words
Minimum term
12 months from the start date.
Price protection
The monthly price for your plan is fixed for 24 months with the same scope. If list prices rise, it affects new clients only.
Buying early
Possible. You pay the remaining months of the minimum term plus the buyout price.
After you buy
You receive the files, database, content and admin access. Hosting, support, updates and paid licenses are separate unless you stay on a care plan.
Questions
Who owns the site during rental
I do, until you buy it. That is what makes the low monthly price possible.
What if I want to cancel in month 5
The minimum term is 12 months. Early buyout is an option, as described above.
Can I edit the site myself
Small content edits can be arranged. Ask what you need changed and I will tell you the simplest way.
What platform is it built on
WordPress, for most rentals. It is common, well supported, and easy to move later.
Start without a big cheque
Tell me what the site is for. I will tell you which format fits and what it would cost over the first year.
